Spencer Armory
The Spencer Armory features 6,000 square feet of main auditorium event space - perfect for trade shows, auctions, dances, banquets, concerts, church events, wedding receptions or whatever your needs might be. The event space features a large stage for your band, presentations or performances.
Additionally, the Armory has a 200 sq ft kitchen for serving concessions, spacious restroom facilities, and a classroom wing for additional overflow space for your event.

Heritage Park Community Building
The Heritage Park Community Building is a beautiful log cabin style event space located in the heart of Spencer at Heritage Park. Tables and chairs are included in rental fee at no extra charge. The space seats approximately 120 for your reunion, reception, fundraiser or other function.
Currently, rental price is a bargain at $150/day (effective January 1, 2024) and includes use of the spacious kitchen area and restrooms.
