Spencer City Hosts Festival October 9-12, 2008

The City of Spencer, West Virginia proudly hosts the WV Black Walnut Festival™.

The festival has a dedicated web site where you can find lots of information about the festival and all the related activities at http://www.wvblackwalnutfestival.org.

For the 2008 year, the co-presidents are Mayor Terry Williams and Mary Beth Titus. The Festival Queen for 2008 is Miss Morgan Taylor Cottrell.

The dates of the festival this year are October 9-12, 2008.
